Peanut is currently…

Eating corn, corn, and more corn on the cob. She absolutely loves the stuff and would probably eat that alone each night if we didn't put some other stuff on her plate.  A few months ago we switched from corn kernels to the cob after finding several of those little buggers up her nose.  Scared the crap out of me...she didn't know what all of the fuss was about.

Loving her Mr. Floppy.  A very large stuffed toy bunny she got from her grandpa for Easter.  She especially loves to talk to Mr. Floppy and bring him along with her to random places.

Moving her toys.  This is her new game.  Taking all of the toys out of her toy box and putting them back in.  The best is that when she is taking them out of the toy box, she repeats, "I can't find it anywhere!" Yeah, what a goofball.

I am currently...

Eating lots and lots of chicken.  For some reason our menu this week ended up with 5 days of meals with chicken.  I got the best text from my husband..."I hate chicken".  Looks like it's off to Pinterest for some meal inspiration.

Loving my nails.  I've decided I'm having a good nail day.  Good hair days are pretty rare these days, but at least I can take care of my nails! *Sally Hansen Extreme Wear - Mint Sorbet* - - oh, and I'm loving my new anchor ring from Sassy Steals.

Moving into summer mode big time!  I am so ready for the school year to wrap up and for Peanut and I to start our summer schedule filled with trips to the park, swim lessons and lots and lots of girl time!

Missing some me time.  It's been a crazy busy week at work and I haven't had much time to do those things I love to do at home.  I'm really missing my sewing machine lately...

Taking time to savor every moment with Peanut.  In just a little over two weeks she will be two and I can't help but look at her and wonder where the time has gone.  How did my little baby turn into this amazing toddler in the blink of an eye?  Trying to enjoy every little minute we are given together.
