That's right....Resolutions in Motion is back for Round 2!
What is Resolutions in Motion you ask?
Well...here is what it's all about:

Join us for this fun, exciting challenge that will have you reaching your goals, making new friends, and winning some fantastic prizes!
The purpose of this challenge is to achieve goals that we are striving for, and to encourage each other along the way.
Here's how it works:
1. You pick a goal.
2. You work to reach your goal over a period of 6 weeks.
3. You write and link-up two posts.
4. You win prizes!
Sound fun? Here are some more details:
*You will choose a goal for yourself- something that will be challenging but possible to complete over a period of 6 weeks. Fill out the participant form to register and be eligible for prizes!
*During that 6 weeks, you will have the chance to win prizes, participate in blog hops, and read inspiring guest posts. Join us on the hostess' blogs every Tuesday during the challenge for something NEW!
*You will write and link-up two posts: one at the beginning of the challenge to introduce your goal, and one at the end of the challenge to report on how you did. In addition, there will be a linkup open EVERY Tuesday, so that you have the option to report on your goal each week, keeping your goal at the forefront of your mind! These linkups are not required (except the first and final ones), but we encourage you to take part in any or all of them!
*There will be giveaways attached to the first and final linkups. The first linkup will include a raffle to be a co-host for one of the blog hops that we will be having during the challenge, and the final linkup will include all the prizes that have been donated by challenge sponsors!
*Oh, did I say sponsors? If you would like to donate a prize (and you can, whether you are a participant or not), fill out this form here! The prize value minimum is only $10, and your blog/shop (and all your media links) will be featured in a blog post on all the hostesses' blogs, and you will get one entry of your choice in the final giveaway. Now for my goal:
I know...that's what everyone says at the start of a new year.
But, here's the deal: I am so serious about it and feel like it is my time to focus on getting healthy and making a commitment to focusing on my health.
I also have a few tools that I will have to help me along the way.
{more about those in the weeks to come}
In a nutshell, here are three things that will help me reach my goal:
- Track what I eat
- Make small goals for working out each week
- Seek help from others
Over the course of the next six weeks I plan to share with you not only my progress, but also some more specifics about the tools I am using to help me reach my goal.

What are you using to track your food? My Fitness Pal or something else?
