So, how did I do?
I didn't quite reach my goal, but I wasn't too far off. Lately I have been a little more slack on the food journaling, which could be the reason the scale has not been moving in the right direction lately.
But, I will still keep plugging away - - heading to Zumba at least twice a week - - core class once a week - - and trying to reach my calorie burn goal each day.
Overall, I would say it was another successful round of Resolutions in Motion!
